Mountain Maternity and Family Medicine is located on Treaty 7 Territory. This land has been stewarded by the Stoney Nakoda Nations of Wesley, Chiniki & Bearspaw; the Blackfoot Confederacy of the Piikani, Kainai, & Siksika; and the Tsuut'ina of the Dene people, as well as the Ktunaxa, Secwépemc, Dene, Mountain Cree, and Métis for many centuries. We acknowledge and respect this deep and long-standing relationship to the land on which we currently live, work and play.

Our new Care Model is open to all Bow Valley residents!! Our team of Locum Physicians is enthusiastic to serve our Bow Valley community. While there is still space, any Bow Valley resident is welcome to join our clinic under this Team-Based care model.
***There is currently NO physician doing Meet&Greet appointments. When a dedicated new physician is accepting new patients, we will notify all patients registered with Pomelo when Meet and Greet Appointments become available.

Evening and Saturday Clinic Openings
Our team is enthusiastic to serve our community in any way possible; as such, we have started opening up after hours clinic. These are the dates that we are open after-hours.
Update on our permanent Family Physicians:
Our Bow Valley community has been experiencing a significant physician shortage and Mountain Maternity has not been immune to the effects.
Fortunately, we have been able to recruit Dr. Sarah Hookham, Dr. Lianne Reelie, Dr. Laura Schinbein, and Dr. Elana Taub to our clinic. Unfortunately, our waitlist for them is full and they are not taking new patients (beyond those that are already registerd with an appointment).

Seasonal Flu Clinic
Beginning November 1, we are hosting seasonal flu vaccination clinics. Available to ALL local children 5 yrs and younger, our family patients, and their families. Appointments are required, but fortunately, we are able to see 3 family members during one 15min appointment time. Please book your appointment through Pomelo.
