Our team is passionate about maternity care. We would be honoured to care for you during this exciting time.

Our team has extensive experience in low-risk obstetrics, including preconception counselling, prenatal care, postpartum care, and bedside ultrasounds. We will provide a wealth of information and support for moms-to-be. We will see you regularly during your pregnancy and after the birth of your baby.

We deliver babies at the Canmore Hospital and are committed to family-centred care. All of our labour and delivery rooms as well as postpartum rooms are private rooms. Partners are encouraged to stay overnight and a bed is provided for the support person so that everyone can hopefully rest and recuperate.

We are also able to offer shared care for patients who may prefer or need to deliver in Calgary, and C-sections if needed.

We accept self-referrals as well as referrals from physicians. Please feel free to call us to book your first appointment.

Cochrane Satellite Clinic (for those mothers outside the Bow Valley):

Understanding that driving multiple times to Canmore can be stressful (particularly in the winter), three of our physicians have started a satellite clinic in Cochrane. We will be providing routine prenatal appointments at the Fireside Family Health clinic every other Thursday.

We still request you attend our Canmore clinic for your first prenatal and your 36-week appointment because our nurses are superb resources during these visits.

Rest is important when you are in early labour. The hospital is surrounded by great hotel options, and fortunately, some have agreed to provide discounts to our patients. We are happy to provide these details when we see you at the hospital for early labour.
